Does it mean anything if a girl drops what she's carrying when trying to talk to you?

I've been ignoring her since I asked her out last week and she turned me down. However, last night I had to text her to sort something out for a mutual friend.

She came to talk to me this morning to talk about this and seemed a little flustered - when she approached me she dropped what she was carrying and I had to pick it up for her. We exchanged some words briefly but I kept my distance otherwise.

Does this mean anything? Obviously I would like you to say, yeah she harbours feelings for me, but she's already turned me down I'm prepared for the worst case scenario.

It could go either way. She was probably flustered because it was awkward for her, but it may have been otherwise. She probably only dropped her stuff by accident.

Try not ignoring her. I'm sure she's upset that you're ignoring her, and wants to talk to you to set things straight, but she's not interested in a relationship with you.
