How to respond to being played with dignity?

I've been seeing this guy for two months, long distance.

He called everyday and I did most of the traveling to see him because I had more free time. He's been withdrawing over the last week and I'm positive that he is seeing someone even though he denies. I brought up the fact he doesn't want to talk and he brushed it off. But still doesn't contact as much. He was going to be traveling today to a town close to me and was going to come see me. Now he's saying he's not sure he will be going there. I'm thinking, even if he doesn't go, he's still two hrs from me and I've driven it many times for him. We haven't seen each other I'm 2 wks. I get he's not into me anymore. What's the classiest way to end this? I don't want to act like a silly heartbroken little girl nor do I want to be a cold hearted beyotch. I'm sure most if you have been in this situation. Any good advice?

Why are you saying he's playing you? I don't see a player in your story, just an unsatisfied girlfriend making excuses to breakup with her boyfriend. If you don't want to be with him, just tell him. Tell him you want someone who has more time for you, be honest. That's the best way.

I'm crazy about this guy and want to continue seeing him but I know he's dating other women because if inconsistencies in his stories and I know for a fact that he's still searching on an online dating site. He lied when I confronted him but I didn't call him out on it because it would cause problems with a mutual acquaintance.

If that's the case and you're completely sure (it's not all conjectures) then you're obviously pursuing something that's not going to happen. Assume he doesn't love you back and find another guy. If he asks why tell him the truth or don't tell him anything: he's not your boyfriend so you don't owe him any explanation. If you want dignity, just don't throw sh*t at him. Tell him "I don't think this is going to work" and say your goodbyes. Don't look back and forget about him.
