If a guy lingers around to talk to you do you think he might be interested?

There's this guy I'm crushing on and he comes in to my work. Recently he started lingering around to make small talk before leaving when before he'd just walk out.

Could he be interested?

I normally like to chat with people that have good energy, but yeah if I spend a lot of time chatting with a girl, I'm probably somewhat interested in her. Of course looks matter to an extent, but just really being able to talk with someone is a big turn on for me.
