Women, what are the advantages and disadvantages of wearing boxers?

Dude, you need to wear what makes you comfortable. Not to make your girlfriend happy or because your doctor told you to. I wore boxers and I hated them. I mostly hated them because every time I wore basketball shorts and played sports, my package would go flying all over the place and it was noticeable. With boxer briefs, everything fitted perfectly.

Boxers or Briefs, you'll still be able to have a baby. It's a matter of how well your and your girlfriends 'plumbing' is and timing. Having tighter or looser undergarments is not going to influence anything. I know tons of guys who wear boxers, briefs, boxer briefs, nothing, etc. who have had healthy kids.

Disadvantages: No support, fails to hide things, rides up butt, leg roll with tight pants, fails to hold happy little accidents(#2), not as sexy as Boxer-Brief's.
