It is hard ( we have all been through it ) but the BEST advice is to just back way and give it time...any pressure that you put on her is going to make it worse... I like to take time to process things, so she may just be doing that...don't try to analyze it...because you cannot read her mind & you are only going to drive yourself crazy if you do. Just give it time & keep yourself busy...find something to do that you enjoy and put her out of your head for awhile...

LOL I know she already replied but all of these people gave bad advice...my first thought before the update was depends on why you broke up and she needs time to think. She needed time to think about if she wanted to respond and what she was going to say. People lack patience these days. Always remember a patient man comes out ahead. (I said patient not stupid) After you have been patient it would be time to move on.
Depends on how you two ended things. If it was a rough break-up and you did something wrong to her, she could just be giving it time till she replies as a sort of 'punishment'. Give it a week, and if there's still no reply I guess you could say that you did what you could but she simply turned out to be not worth your time.
You reached out, she didn't reach back. It is what it is. Let it go.
