Girls: Do you try to keep contact with a crush that rejected you.

Girls, if a guy expressed his feelings towards you, but you let him down, how often does the guy keep contact with you or you with them? How often do you talk/keep contact if so? How do you feel if he texts you just to create conversation because he still wants to be friends with you?

I mean before the feelings were expressed you were friends and talked/texted but after how is that dynamic?

Also for guys, do you keep contact or how did the girls react afterwards?

I mean't GIRLS YOU REJECTED A GUY. How would you feel if he attempts to keep convo with you time and time again and texts you frequently, once or twice a week? How do you view that as? Would you want to cut of contact or not talk anymore after rejecting the guy? How often should the guy pursue the friendship because he still cares for you?

Yeah if he rejected me rudely then screw him.

But, if we were friends originally I would try my best to maintain the friendship as it was..however, judging how strong my feelings was I would distance myself to give me a moment regroup to heal, id try to bury all feelings I had for him before moving forward..that way I don't get any bright idea's, such as false intentions, or wishing and hoping too much for something that's not really there, rejection hurts like hell..But overall I wouldn't completely stop being friends.

I would just have to get over wanting to be more than friends.

I would keep contact if we were friends like that originally. Even if I rejected him. As long as he didn't attempt to hit on me, cause I rejected him so I have no feelings for him that way, but I wouldn't mind being friends I guess...
