Does getting a shiver and goosebumps when thinking of someone mean anything?

I was thinking about the guy I like earlier today and all of a sudden got a shiver and goosebumps thinking about him. Different.

Not sure what to make of that or even if it means anything?

Usually it's warm and fuzzy all over.

But shivers and goosebumps are OK, too. :-)

Like @stercor said, I think it's because the warm and fuzzy feeling. At least, that's why I get mine.
