Throughout our relationship I've gotten my boyfriend multiple gifts like a seat cushion set for his car, clothing, shoes, phone gadgets, hand made cards etc.
He's not much of a gift giver and he's really only gotten me a teddy bear for my birthday (I asked for it) and a phone case for Christmas.

Well my birthday and our one year anniversary is three days apart and I told him I don't need a birthday gift. I hope he does something nice for our anniversary bc I'm putting a lot of work into his gift... like I usually do.
Is this selfish to expect him to get me something nice like some jewelry or a fancy dinner?

For context, I struggle a lot with yelling (usually at myself, or about household chores when I've asked my boyfriend politely multiple times in the past). I am however in therapy learning how to deal with this better. My ex recently ended things, asking for space and time to figure out if this is fixable. How often do people fix their relationships?

Mother's day is coming up and usually when I buy my mom a gift card, she ends up using it on other people because she's so kind.

This year I really want her to have something for herself so I figured if I just skip the gift card to Victoria's secret and actually buy her a pair of bra and underwear then there's no way she can spend it on other people...

I noticed I only really read books by women. Anyone else going through something similar?

No one likes to take the blame for the reason why the relationship failed or ended, but I guess it's good to reflect on it so you can change if needed...

So, thinking back to your past relationships, did the relationship end because of you or because of your (ex) partner?

Thinking back on my past relationships, I always found myself attracted to the guys who had some mental issues. Great at masking it, but later found out the struggled a lot and it caused issues in the relationship. I was always the one by their side, but they'd push me away due to these mental issues that they left unresolved. I was always the one to get broken up with because they just needed to fix themselves and couldn't maintain a relationship. I wouldn't say either of us were to blame for the relationship ending, but the reason for the breakup was always because of their own issues.

Two things:

1. My clinical manager joan is still contacting me about a case I ditched 2 weeks ago asking about meds and so on. She wasn't doing her job properly since the start of the case so another manager Nancy stepped in and got it right and dismissing the client due to neglect of parent. So now Joan is calling me needing help that clients meds from two weeks ago. Needing clarification, like lady I left that lousy case because u did a lousy Job. So im sure she picked up on me being annoyed by her.

2. The recruiter he is bringing up hours and cases I am not interested in. Then offered me to work 6 days ongoing like I'm a damn robot. Tf is wrong with these people? So I just ignored the message. I'll respond when I'm not annoyed. Could be weeks maybe even months wtf ever

Apparently my teen claims some of the girls in school let their armpit hair grow. I personally do not care for it. I worry for her and yet I want to support her. I'm treading carefully here and pondering this over. So I'll ask before I judge. What's your thoughts on hairy armpits?

I know I was so loved, my mental health just was not good for our relationship

We live together with his parents, I personally don't think he earns enough on his side business to leave his full time job. But he won't listen to me and we've had countless disagreements on this.

Shall I call off the wedding?

I’m currently working as a freelance worker and at the same time I’m selling second hand clothes.
I quit my previous job because of anxiety that made me couldn’t sleep at night ( I tried not sleeping for 5days and I did went to the therapist. Said it was anxiety and depression. Now i managed not to take any medicine.)

so the thing is…

Today i got message from a company saying that I’m hired (as receptionist in kid center ).
I’ve been thinking about that but the freelance jobs +selling can surely afford my living and even more than how much I earn before.
Should I still try the new job? I thought of working all these three things tgt so I can earn more but I worry that the anxiety will come again.

I'm person number 16 since yesterday who wants to cry about not having a significant other, but yet I have no interest in brushing my teeth or leaving my fucking house.
