I think there's no right answer to this. If he's a friend of you or at least if he considers you as a friend, this might be okay in a sense of joking (playful friendly teasing). But if he's a stranger and/or not having any intension to be a friend, nope.
That's brings you into the scene, do you like what he's doing? If not, tell him you don't like what he's doing. Tell him you thought him to be a grown up man when you asked him out.
Or just ignore him or laugh out and then act like nothing happened if he's a gaslighting kinda person.
Well he first met me and we were in the talking phase. I told him I wanted something more and he said he wasn’t ready. I said ok, and tried moving on. But after some time he saw me again and started teasing me about my feelings for him after rejecting me and forced me for three months to confess to him once more. How is this friendly?
Then go for the part 2 of my answer. He doesn't get to do that just because you asked him out. You have a dignity and you are entitled to be respected too. Claim that.
There were girls who asked me out and hinted that they like me, I never went to shame then for doing that. We still stay friends and I have a big respect for them for going that extra mile and be vulnerable about their feelings.
Be bold.
Well first I'd need proof that he was flirting with her. a lot of women think a guy is flirting with her when he's not. Then I'd need proof he was even interested in her let alone rejected her. a lot of women feel a guy has rejected her when he never had any inkling of a feeling towards her.
I can tell you this. A woman plays with me ONCE and I'm done. My advice to the girl is drop him FLAT the minute he shows ANY flaky behaviour towards you. Life is too short to tolerate that treatment from anyone. I don't care if they are a guy or a woman.
He flirted and when she confronted him he apologized for doing so. He said himself "I shouldn't have flirted with you"

Once someone is rejected. They rejected you. Take their word at face value. If they really want you you have to figure that they either are not into you at all or are playing games.
If he wants you guess what? HE will come around and for now work on finding someone else
I mean you can tell him your answer if you do or not. But at this point it is on him. If he asks then tell him and if he wants a date or something then great. If not then... Well you moved on. His loss. Yea, I am sure it sucks that you were rejected but he had his chance.
If you are still single and still like him then tell him yes you still like him. If not then tell him that you either moved on or found someone else.
He might be playing games I have no clue. You said you have moved on. Just find someone else best of luck! If you aren't really into him anymore then just find someone else that is all I can say. I can't tell you what to do.
Don't bother someone who rejected you. If he likes you then at this point you done your job he knows you like him or did at one point and he will come around
or he won't if he likes you then it is his loss
You have a nice day! I hope the best for you. I know that being rejected SUCKS!!! But at the end of the day if he liked you and rejected you then. It is more of a L on him
You're pretty much right. Look I know it sucks but if you moved on and he is still wanting you then... It is really his loss. But it also does not do any good if you chase someone who ends up in the end not even liking you or just keeping you on the back burner
I have no idea really. Maybe they are just wanting to use someone for sex or something like that. I don't personally do that and I don't know how every guy out there thinks
He is really dumb to do that thing in the first place. Why should anyone play with anyone's feelings. She should just ignore and find a guy that respects her and care for her. Not a guy who mocks her regarding feelings for him.
Wtf is going on with him isn't ok. Disrespectful as shit.
Reverse playing hard to get?
