For legs I have been doing goblet squats and another type of squats sumo but the dumbell im holding it lower in the middle between my legs, I’m using 10 lb dumbell. then I do 100 calf raises while holding my dumbell. I have been working out barley a month and half & 2-3rest days. For butt I do hip thrusts and hamstrings I barley have been doing hamstring curls to my butt since 2 days as I got a new full body band it’s like a rope medium resistance. I’m eating 2,000 calories a day. I’m eating average but not double at the moment which is why I haven’t gained a lot of weight yet it’s hard eat a lot

I am 27F, I contribute my singleness to bad luck and not being desirable enough to be in a relationship with a guy I’d wanna date. I have low self esteem but I’ve been told I’m cute, I sometimes look through a good photo and wonder why a decent guy hasn’t come around yet. I’m not asking for a lot: cute, taller than me by at least 2 + inches, decent career, independent etc. Personality too of course, the last guy I saw years ago was funny and treated me decent but he wasn’t attractive, even other people told me I could do better. To know it’s 3+ years and the universe is saying I can’t do any better, I know I’m not a 10 but I mean cmon. Do most people get what they’re looking for?

It really doesn't make a difference to me. I use them both. I guess if I was gonna choose I would probably choose grape.

I have problem with my fiance. He told me something weird about him, "i need deference from other girls cause then i feel good about myself" a few months ago we had problem cause he found "friend" and told me she is a lesbian but she wasn't.. and he want to leave me for her.. but he changed his mind and want to repair our relation they have no contatact but our relationship is different. But this thing which he told me is weird at all

I am very much physical touch followed by quality time.
