Me and my ex broke up yesterday

Before we broke up.. he would allow me to use his car to go to work everyday

We had a fight yesterday and he broke it off
And he just got his car

But he knows I still
But he hasn't asked for it back
And he only lives 5mins away from me

His car is his baby

Why?

Me and my ex been together for 4 years
And this last year we have broken up every 2 months
And he always tries to come back

Yesterday we broke up again

Do u think he will come back again?

So I kept it to myself and decided to block him to get over those feelings, so I kept unblocking him and talking to him but he never said anything negative he would always tell me it's been a while and I feel like a shitty person, so it's 5 years now and I'm still in love with him but every time we talk it seems like his moved on, like he doesn't talk to me much like he used to, he doesn't ask me questions like he used to, and he also talks about this one girl he likes even tho I like him, I keep trying to move on as well but I can't , but i know that I was the bad person for blocking him for years and coming back, I think I've blocked him 10 times now but came back 4 months or 1 year later, I already told him "I love you" and he responds "I love you to buddy" so I just know his moved on, when I text him he takes hours , days , or even weeks to reply and if he does he'd say he forgot or he is seeing the message now, I really wanna move on and I want your help on that, should I just tell him goodbye and move on? Because he is the first guy I've loved but I messed up so I'm the one to blame, every time he texts me my stomach drops, and everytime I text him I just don't wanna stop because I can text him for hours and hours and never get tired but he seems to always respond minutes or hours late, he doesn't text me good morning anymore or goodnight I really miss the old us, I wonder how it would have been if I never blocked him and just kept talking to him, maybe we would have been something , so I was thinking should I just text him for the last time and say my goodbye? I really need help with this answer because I can't decide and I'm overthinking too much
