Way to label women. Seriously. You are truly narrow sighted. Some girls who like jerks have past trauma or insecurity issues. I couldn't get past the first sentences. Childish. Just because a girl falls for a jerk doesn't mean she is a huge bitch. Geez.
Exactly. It's illogical to think that how you feel towards someone (like infatuation for instance) can be avoided if you know the person is a jerk, and you are aware of what's happening. That's simply not possible. It's implying that you're entirely in control of your feelings. You're not. That's a lie, and an assumption implicit to this argument.
I don't think there's anything wrong with a guy who gives off an air of superiority similarly to a boss who's staff knows he's the boss. It dosent necessarily mean he looks down on people, the person just is. But I suppose because I think this way this makes me a bitch 😑
Wasn't a fan of this one it's far to simple. There are many worse traits in a man. In addition, there's nothing black and white when it comes to being in a relationship.
I get some of your points. but a lot of this just makes women sound way to idealistic in what they want from a man. probably why they are usually disappointed with who they end up with. men are usually happy enough to have a girl they find attractive and likes them back. If the sex is good and she makes a good sandwich she'll probably get a ring.
I think chicks should get over this shy or unconfident thing. What about honesty, loyalty, unselfishness, respect. All these things are far more important to having a good relationship and being a good partner
The difference between a gentleman and a player is that the player won't be nervous at all because he is used to it, while the gentleman will be somewhat obvously nervous when he first meets you. If it seems to easy or to perfect odds are that something is wrong.
I love how you say that girls like shy guys, but what girls really want is a shy guy who will magically stop being shy, *just* for them. They want the "cuteness" of shy guys, but they would not even consider making the first move, ignoring the fact that shy guys have difficulties doing so.
There's a problem here: There is no "type" of guy women are into. All women are different and they all like different things. I can probably find hundreds of girls in a 5 mile radius of me that like a good portion of the characteristics of the guys you said women don't like.
I learnt one or two new things from this and thought about it and can see why they would be attractive. However, I do not entirely agree with everything you have written in the nice guy section. I know how you feel about all women being generalised as the women that generalise all us men as one thing or another gets very annoying and frustrating.
"Girls like guys who know what they want and go for it. Guys who are confident. Who know how to keep the conversation goin. Who know how to comfort his girl. This is what we go for. The confident guys. The guys who lack confidence are usually awkward, and that is not attractive."
Yyou gotta at least know what u want and go for it. A girl likes it when she sees the guy is trying. Not like it and ignore it. You don't have a chance unless you don't do anything about it.
I very much do. I have heard a lot of girls I know complaining of the exact same things that you wrote in this Take. In the infamous words of T-Swift Haters gonna hate. There is a reason why I have that on my profile page :) Keep your head up you are on the right track.
Huh, interesting to know, i'll take that into consideration, just to say, there are obviously SOME girls who do like other types of guys, but other than that, you seem to have gotten this very well done
It may be true that many girls THINK this way, but the way they ACT is another animal all together. They have no clue what they actually go for, they just make ideals about what they would like to go fro, but rarely do.
Agreed I've been saying it for years females don't know wtf they want. One minute its they want the jerks then the next the nice guy but when he's too ''Nice'' she dumps him.
You're wrong though. A lot of girls do respond positively to guys being douchebags to them. This is irrespective where the girl is a "real girl" or a "bitch with issues". For example, when you act like you aren't all that interested in a girl it makes her go crazy for you. The girl has no control over this. So while she might say that things like this would never work on her, if it actually happens it would probably be a different story.
Let me break this little brain fart your having with a true life situation
Me and channing tatum knock on your door you dont know either of us personally you know channing from the movies but youve never seen me we both have the same dozen roses we both have the same bottle of wine we both speak in a confident manner and tone of voice when we say hi and introduce ourselves now we all know what he looks like he's a good looking guy me im not as good looking as him im shorter and carry more weight you can only invite one of us in who would it be?
That's not entirely true. Women don't chose who they're attracted to. Take me as an example. I was once attracted to this guy who was incredibly sweet and kind. After I got over this crush, I realised he wasn't good-looking. I used to see him differently cuz of the person he was. It happens.
Her take was about that nice guy and douchebag argument that friendzoned guys make up for some reason and become bitter towards women. Your comment would suit a take that only based on looks alone.
Yes i understand that but the number one rule is this if she's not attracted to you then you'll NEVER get the chance to prove weather your a great man or a douchebag!!! Look at the comments to my post One woman (the original poster) said shed welcome tatum because its him hence she thinks he's attractive cause i bet she doesn't know him personally Ok another post said neither of us cause she doesn't know us but then says she doesn't like tatum at all hence she doesn't find him attractive so neither he or i would get the chance to show what kind of guy we are
And dont think women dont generalize either if a rumor gets out that a guy has an 11 inch dick women are going to see him differently than a guy whos rumored to only have a 5 inch dick and thats 98% of women no matter what race they are
Well both of you are old enough to be my father, so I wouldn't be into either of you in that kind of way. But of course I'm inviting in Channing because I love him in movies!
Now what you shouldve said, say you major crush and Channing Tatum are standing at the door... Duhh I'll invite my crush in because I actually have a chance with him because he isn't a celeb! Plus, i actually know my crush and want to date him. I'd still have to get Channings autograph though hahah
Being a good man doesn't mean she is automatically attracted to you and sees you as a dating option. It means you are a good man and she hopefully reciprocates respect for you acting the way you should anyway. Yes, looks matter, but personality matters, too. Both matter! Is that so difficult to comprehend? I don't see the problem.
The degree to which each matters depends on the person. Take demisexuals and asexuals as an extreme example. I myself have some demisexual tendencies in that knowing the person better can either increase or decrease attraction.

true, it doesn't always mean that. some people know they just wanna have fun

She may be less stable. But it doesn't mean she's a bitch.
I don't think there's anything wrong with a guy who gives off an air of superiority similarly to a boss who's staff knows he's the boss. It dosent necessarily mean he looks down on people, the person just is.

@BumbleSuperBee, you have put it quite beautifully... thanks for clearing a lot of my doubts... really helpful...
Always glad to help! :)
Love this with all of my heart wow best post I've seen on gag for the year and fee months I've been here
Hehe <3

men are usually happy enough to have a girl they find attractive and likes them back. If the sex is good and she makes a good sandwich she'll probably get a ring.
Yes I know. Us girls haave preferences. Some different than others
I think chicks should get over this shy or unconfident thing. What about honesty, loyalty, unselfishness, respect. All these things are far more important to having a good relationship and being a good partner
Yea. Those should be there too.
I talked about a lot of things other than confidence
3. True Gentleman
This would be my section -takes a seat-
The difference between a gentleman and a player is that the player won't be nervous at all because he is used to it, while the gentleman will be somewhat obvously nervous when he first meets you. If it seems to easy or to perfect odds are that something is wrong.
Yes, correct

What? Where did I say anything about shy guys?
Us girls aren't so much into shy guys.
There's a problem here: There is no "type" of guy women are into. All women are different and they all like different things. I can probably find hundreds of girls in a 5 mile radius of me that like a good portion of the characteristics of the guys you said women don't like.
Hope my post is not offending. in my opinion its Misleading and pretty misinformed post.
3 elements that guy is f*ckable and marriage material type are.
1. Charm
2. Assertiveness
3. Prestigious
Sorry. Tbh, I've stopped reading after three sentences.

So... What do if we're one of these guys?
I mean... I know that it's not attractive, but it's who I am..
Yyou gotta at least know what u want and go for it. A girl likes it when she sees the guy is trying. Not like it and ignore it. You don't have a chance unless you don't do anything about it.
... I suppose...
Douchebags are often players, and players typically start out as "nice" and tell you all the sweet things you want to hear.
Absolutely a great MyTake you put a lot of thought into this and it clearly showed. Good job you :)
:D at least someone appreciates it..
I very much do. I have heard a lot of girls I know complaining of the exact same things that you wrote in this Take. In the infamous words of T-Swift Haters gonna hate. There is a reason why I have that on my profile page :) Keep your head up you are on the right track.

Yup, people have diff preferences in the end..
Now this is an awesome post, you don't know how much I nodded upon reading this
Good job!
Thank you!
Thank you for this. You wrote it nicely and straight to the point.
It may be true that many girls THINK this way, but the way they ACT is another animal all together. They have no clue what they actually go for, they just make ideals about what they would like to go fro, but rarely do.

Lol I don't see how that has anything to do with my take. I didn't talk about looks much. I mainly pointed out the guys' behaviour.
And I'd invite Channing Tatum. Simply cuz he's Channing Tatum
Thats the point, all that 60 lines you wrote dont matter when a guy REGARDLESS of his attitude and the way he treats women looks good!
I wouldn't invite any of you. I don't know any of you! And I don't like Tatum.
That's not entirely true. Women don't chose who they're attracted to. Take me as an example. I was once attracted to this guy who was incredibly sweet and kind. After I got over this crush, I realised he wasn't good-looking. I used to see him differently cuz of the person he was.
