Okay this is quite awkward coming from someone who isn't currently in a relationship but totally ready for one. Most women think "This is gonna be the last one" or "I'm tired of having my heart broken, when is prince charming coming."
I say to you he's not coming if you don't look. Just to give a bit of background so you won't be like me, who has had more than one hand's worth of guys: I have been dating or using online dating since I was 14 and pretty desperate but now it's a bore. And I wanted a relationship to be like two horny kids...geez, how was i making it through high school? If you were like me in high school you had the boys lookin at you from afar but never approaching you, and you felt like no one likes me so fuck it. Go on about your business.
To start my list the first one is so easy!
1:) Give yourself time to recover from your last relationship
Yes, time to yourself, reconnect with who you are. I had broke up with my ex last year and have been proud of myself for staying single 10 months straight, which is a bummer but I found out how good I am at kicking ass overseas in video games. Now there's nothing worst than entering in to a rebound relationship and not knowing what you like to do by yourself because all of your personal time was with mac daddy. Now that mac daddy is gone you're like single momma looking for a rebound. Which by the way ain't cool momma!
SO sit back, play some video games, solitaire, or read a book, go for a walk improve on areas you hate about yourself and before you know it, hunky prince charming is coming your way saying hey and you don't even give him three seconds of the day. Opps there goes prince charming. Find your passion not the guy!
2:) Don't linger on your past relationships because "you miss him"
If you dumped him, why are you thinking about him, what ever he did that made you break up with him should be enough for you to move on. Say of instance you're thinking "how is Jeffery is with Rochelle? I bet he misses me" Unh huh honey (ghetto moment) what's wrong with you if he want her he can just be with her, congratulate them and move the hell on. If he dumped you, just say whatever and know he wasn't it for you. Unless you have that one creepy ex that is on your social media and continues to post messages like "I miss her, what did i do to deserve this? why don't she love me?" We call that being clingy.

3:) What happened with Dillian/Sarah stays with Dillian/Sarah
We don't need to know how many times you and your ex had sex, we don't need to know what happened before the final day. The only thing you and your girl/guy friends need to know is you two are no longer together. Don't let that relationship ruin your next. I recently encountered that situation. The guy i had a huge crush on, like he was so hot I couldn't believe he gave me the time of day to even say how cute i am. That in returned encouraged me to start trying to wear makeup, and be a bit more girly. Believe it or not I'm a tomboy going girly.

Back to my story, in the beginning he started talking about he still loves his ex but she wanted to be just friends. ("RED FLAG MORON" I should've said to myself) He was fixated on her but started liking me so he said. He gets all up in my vegas asking why did me and Kevin break up. I should've said does it matter? but oh no I decided to answer him with curtsy and say why "The douche bag was cheating" which opened doors for a more questions like who he was and all that crap. Go me for being stupid.

4:) Enjoy Life to the FULLEST...
Enjoy your like YOLO. When you are happy others flock to you. "you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar" Go out have a good time! Remember that promise you made to yourself saying you'd go bungee jumping if Hilary Clinton ran for president? Go do it just because! or that trip to the beach with your family you promised them years ago? go no there's only one life and "life is too short" so be happy with who you are, Love yourself and live your life. Not that anime's life. Don't be like Naruto be like you!

i have slight beef with number two though... stuff looks good on paper but if you were dumped, and my favorite.. ghosted, its very difficult to move on.
