It's Time To Move On, Isn't It?
You've said this to yourself before right? You have a crush and tell yourself, "this person is the one, I will love them forever" but you and I both know that isn't true. A crush -- a brief but intense infatuation for someone, especially someone unattainable or inappropriate -- has one purpose, to crush your dreams, hopes, and confidence which is where the name crush came from.
The Story That Lead To This Post
Recently, I was thinking about my crush, who I have liked for the past three months, and how she was sitting next to another guy and fliriting with him during class. I began searching for an answer and stumbled upon the following video on YouTube:
My Realization
It only took five minutes of watching the video to realize, the girl I liked so much and even told myself I wanted to have a serious relationship with, did not like me and she wasn't worth my time.
The emotions of love were so overwhelming that I couldn't see the fact that the love I was giving to this person was not love at all but obsession. The person I was so fond of did not give me love back but instead gave me a toxic poison that lowered my confidence and made me feel unloved.
Take Action
I want you to take action. Ater you watch the video, decide if you do genuinly love this person. If it takes you a while or you try to come up with excuses or can't find any reasonable reason for your love towards them then move on because the right person will come your way eventually. You just have to be yourself and if you don't know who that is yet, accept that fact and continue to grow and learn. You can't love someone else if you don't love yourself first.

On the other hand, if you genuinly love this person, then continue to show your affection and allow your relationship to develop into a blooming flower and create your life's story with them.

Love and affection will come your way by being yourself and not allowing others to change who you are as a person. The unhappiest people in the world, the ones who leech off of negative emotions, show love and affection to others before presenting the gift of love to themselves.
