well, that is sad to hear, but you have made your choice and know better why do you made this choice, so i hope you find a hobby you can enjoy and have friends you can count with, if you have these you can live very well with or without a partner, but if you don´t, then i just hope you can have at least a decent quality of life.
Girl, I'm 206 lbs and and I'm beautiful. You have to learn to wear your curves. I do not believe anyone one is ugly. I mean everyone has cute features about themselves. And me personally, do not believe skinny is that pretty. You should perhaps dress yourself up if you do not know how to dress Google what looks sexy on plus size girls or women. And carry yourself how you want to be seen.
Hey, it's okay I won't find love either, and I'm pretty, smart and talented. You are definitely not alone in the single for life club promise. No matter what you say I know that at least a part of you is sad about it , because of experiences of my own, just don't watch too many romances okay?

I had a friend from high school. He was a firefighter, played football and was dating a cheerleader. She weighed about 130, 5.6 height. She got pregnant right after graduation. She had the baby which is now around 4 years old. After her pregnancy, she completely let herself go, right now she weighs around 260 and the husband went into the Military for a few years and is now a state trooper. They didn't stay together for the kid, they stayed together because they loved each other. Love is deeper than just a physical attraction to each other. You'll find love, in every type of way. Time is the most important part of life. Nothing else.
140 is too skinny though.

@Cheetah23 Yes, that's what I meant. The change from 240 to 140 is too drastic and almost impossible. Of course it can happen but I hope she can understand to set more realistic goals and deadlines for certain pounds lost.
You're nuts. My friend was 40 years old, obese and still lived in his parents basement, working in a dead end job. He met a girl through work, lost a lot of weight, got a better job, got married and has kids with that girl. It's never too late until you give up. Don't. Fuck those assholes.
Well that was a bummer. I hope you lose the attitude and life changes for you. I remember feeling exactly the same way for year but then I got some women & its a lot better than I thought it was. None of this is as set in stone as any of us feel it is.
Don't you DARE think of that negative sh*t!! There will always be someone that will like you that you also like back. I'd probably kill to be with you and you may not even know it lol. But you must get yourself out there, online or about. And if you're not proud of the way you look, you can always do something about it. Seriously
First you should get a doctor if you don't already have one to see if there is possibly a underlying medical problem that causing you to be over weight such as your thyroid. Losing weight would obviously help you pick up your self confidence. As as for those other things that are superficial you've mentioned such as stretch marks, those are things that girls are usually bothered by, not guys. Most guys could care less about stretch marks.

Respect your decision, but you may be suprised how many dudes on the other end come to the same conclusion (usually because they are just too emotionally unstable to ever make anything work) you may not meet someone like this in person but on the internet people put themselves out there, and you may be pleasantly surprised
The only ones that are in our way, is ourselves. I get social anxiety. So because of that I have no real social skills, hard to make new friends , or hook up and then go past dating. Haven't been in a realstionship since I was 18.. I want a serious relationship. But the older you get the hard it is to find someone. So hopefully one day I fix myself and do something right and meet a special someone. Hope you do too. We have to conquer ourselves first.
She is dead right. With that attitude she won’t find anyone. She won’t change her life. She won’t go to the gym and work hard for herself so she can be in a relationship. Simply because she doesn’t want it bad enough, and there’s nothing wrong with that, she’s excepted it and is brutally honest with herself.
I’m down 100 pounds since making this post. My view has not and will not change. My body will still be unattractive when my weight loss is finished. I won’t allow a man be with me because he can easily find someone better. I’ve accepted that and happy to be brutally honest with myself.

Totally agreed with you, i think what u think might be from insecurities but who doesn't have it? At least this decision makes you happy right? That's all what matter now.

That's profound, I do as well. I think I have met that person though. Only time will tell. What is this person like.. you made the right decision, lowered the chances of something bad happening, i'm kinda happy for you, cuz you are strong enough to not let your instincts and emotions control you. 👊
Look I'm not trying to be rude but you need to put in some god damn effort in loosing weight instead of saying no guy will ever look at you. And trust me not all guys give a shit about a girl being physically perfect or having the best personality. This world is full of wonders you never know who is gonna like you. Everything is possible if you set your mind to it.

Hey that is okay you have your benefits about being single. You won't have to worry about divorce or if the dude turn out to be a scum bag. You are free to do whatever you want , make your own decisions no need to have to deal with a grumpy husband to give out explanation about every thing you want to do. I say you are making the right choice. I am 24 single living at my home I have 5 pets I am a animal lover. Do you have any pets?

Im like 208 or something, I do not have a model body at all. My main issue is just my lower tummy and thigh area. So If i can get a man and find love, I know you can.
