Good take. Of the things you listed, all are deal-breakers for me. Sexual fetishes and fantasies should be talked about between the two individuals before engagement and marriage and the option should be open, if you are decidedly uncomfortable with the other person's fetish/fantasy (e. g., for me, oral sex is definitely out of the picture) to refuse to commit to that person.
