IMHO, it's a subject that should never be asked about unless the persons brings it up about themself in casual conversation. The past is private. I have never asked my wife about hers nor she mine. It has no place in the here & now.

If she wants to remain single and ride the cock carousel, that is indeed her business and she can do as she pleases.
But if someone man or woman enters into a serious monogamous relationship with someone else, out of respect for the other person, they should be upfront if they have a high body count because it matters to many people and it directly affects the life of the other person.
If I became intimate and close to or (God Forbid) MARRIED to a highly promiscuous woman that was lying about or otherwise obfuscating her sexual history, (especially if she's done group sex and has had risky unprotected sex) I would be mortified and horrified. In my mind, that is completely grounds for an annulment. You cannot trust someone like that. What if they give you an STD?
