I have most of those things me except for the confidence issue because sometimes i think i don't look good or something which i am working on it... and getting better at not looking at yourself as any less or ugly...

I would argue 1 & 2, some women like to know about their partners as much as possible and some women also like to have a predictable, secure lifestyle.
