By her appearance and behavior. If she does not tend to wear any type of revealing clothing, that can be one indicator. Non-virgin girls are usually flirtatious and loquacious around guys and have confidence and security. Virgins tend to be a little more insecure about themselves. Also, virgin girls usually try not to talk about the subject of sex. If you see she is constantly avoiding sexual topics, that can be another indicator.

It's not possible. You could ask, but she could lie. There is no medical test either. Don't believe that nonsense about hymen, it's far from being completely accurate.

I believe it's physically impossible to tell if she is or isn't by just looking at a female. Just when you think one is she isn't and one who isn't probably is, assumption will play a big part. Even when you ask some girls they will lie about it too, you can ask but doubt you will get clear answers from strangers.
