Since my last girlfriend lied, led me on, cheated on me and broke my heart and hurt me so much considering I am/was an incredibly nice, loving fool. I'm now tempted to tell any future girlfriend that if they ever do the same that I will destroy their reputation with their friends, family, work and publicly humiliate them.

They should have nothing to be afraid of unless you intend to do the same.

I'm in the position now whereby I gave a girl my heart, the first girl I fell in love with, and I feel as though she destroyed me emotionally. I feel now that I cannot trust any girls. I used to be incredibly trusting, never controlling or demanding, now I feel as though with any future girl, I'm going to be an insecure control freak.

Nah my past bf told me that before and he's just warning you not too cheat thats all but have u seen what happened to cheaters in the past years or decades its harsh so just take his advice but I know u would never cheat so don't worry about that (:
