What does single-ish mean?

I'm just curious about what that means. Does that mean you're keeping options open? Does that mean you're kinda seeing someone? I'm just curious about it. I'm a bit confused about it. Thanks for the help guys and girls!

Either way, she's already got somebody, but obviously doesn't mind another. If she's single she's single, if she's not she's not no matter how it's worded.
