It is just an act of friendship, a sort of adolescent behavior, similar to when women, married women and unmarried women, dry hump each other at the dance club/nightclub, or when good M-F friends dry hump when dancing. It’s a very mechanical, non-intimate act that has a definitive air of distance between the participants.

I can see how some women may get jealous at the thought of their husband’s pretty female friend wacking him off: the wife is thinking ahead, “This could lead to intercourse” down the road kind of thing. C’mon ladies, all you cougars out there who are married, or all you MILFs, you know exactly what I am talking about. We are HUMAN, and spouses who recognize that fact have happier mates and happier kids, who would do anything and everything for the well being of the family, which is the most important entity in the lives of human beings.

If you're not happy for your partner to do it with someone else, that would constitute your personal definition of cheating.

In general, any sexual contact with someone other than your partner counts as cheating. If you're more liberal with your perception, then it would be a good idea to talk it over, so both of you are on the same page.

Cheating from a man's point of view is an emotional connection with someone other than there chosen partner. Once an emotional connection with an attachment is formed that bond of a new love will push the old love to the side. Even if no sex is involved an emotional affair is cheating because of the thoughts entertained.

Two people sharing their souls to each other & wanting to be with each other hiding it from their partners is cheating. Getting a hand release without an emotional involvement is just assisted masterbation. Either one is not a positive direction from someone in a commited relationship. Cheating takes place in the mind.

ANY intimate act, even ones that aren't strictly sexual, between a partner who has committed to a relationship and someone else who is not the committed partner is cheating.

I have no idea why some people want to justify or rationalize that away, but it doesn't change the fact that intimate acts are among the things you are committing to each other to keep strictly between the two of you (unless, I suppose, you are specifically, openly agreeing to something else, which would be the very rare exception).

The only way it would not be cheating is if the man has permission from his girlfriend or fiance or wife. It's not cheating if he has permission.
