But, to answer your question, some signs are him inviting you to dinner, dates and activities beyond the bedroom. If he's more touchy-feely when you're out in public and it's more of him displaying his affection rather than trying to get you excited. If he's jealous of other dates you may have or starts getting quiet and distant at times because he's probably pouting he can't have you for more than just a fuck buddy, then there could be something he wants to tell you he's afraid to.
