Unknown numbers in his phone?

Do you think that your significant other should know who you talk to? Like texting, or on chats. If they don't ever tell you about who they talk to, like if it's an old friend, or a female I don't know, is that bad? I see random numbers in his phone when he opens his messages. They're unsaved numbers. I don't know how to feel. I don't go through his phone. Even if I wanted to, his fingerprint is the only thing that can open it.. I think I'm just being paranoid because my ex cheated on me, and it destroyed me. Just don't want to feel that way again... Any advice would be great. Please.

My current boyfriend has unsaved numbers on his phone too, guys and girls. It doesn't mean anything, though. Plus we both trust each other anyway, I have access to his things, but I don't access them. And he has access to all my stuff, but he doesn't do anything about it. *shrug* I have also been cheated on and all that by past partners though, I feel you.

Yeah, unknown numbers probably equal hoes. Tell him these unknown numbers make you feel insecure, so he needs to explain them. If he gets defensive, it's a normal thing for a girl to worry about and if he's not willing to share them with you, then I'm sorry. Move on and find a loyal guy.

Don't be afraid.
If my man has something to hide from me, I'm gonna hide myself from him! Away! It's your right as his girlfriend to express your insecurity, and unknown numbers are very strange.
Now, you could start doing the same and see what he does. Remove your friend's names from their contacts. Make sure he sees when you get a text from them with no contact name. See how he reacts.

I asked him about it, and it ended up being nothing. He was the biggest sweet heart about it, showed me and said that I can ask him anything. He said he'll tell me anything I wanna know. Thanks for the advice. Helped tons. :)

You need to realize that he is not your ex. You shouldn't make him pay for your ex's mistakes.

Being together as partners does not mean you have to give up your entire life for them. If my SO wants to be in contact with people I don't know then by all means she should. It's her life, not mine. I trust her.

I trust him also. I just feel like I'm always open with who I'm talking to. And he's more reserved. Maybe I should just be less open about it?

Of course not. I just don't want to feel like this. I want to be happy with him, because he's amazing. I just don't know how to handle stuff like this. My last relationship was really bad.. I just want some advice on how to handle it.

Well there are two ways to deal with this;
1. Be a control freak about it and get on his nerves until he dumps you
2. Trust him

Well, what if it's something I should worry about? What if I let it go, but my gut is accurate? I love this guy. I'll do whatever I have to do to make him happy. Even if it's to just trust him and let him do what makes him happy. I'm just afraid of getting hurt again. That's all. I thought maybe someone would know how else to handle it.
