Why is my crush distancing himself from me?

I know this guy from begging of the school year and he's really nice. At first I kinda had a vibe that he have some feelings for me. there's this one time i came over to his house and he started to hug me and put his hand around me while watching a movie together. But after that day he started to distance himself from me like he would speak less and would have look into his phone instead of having a conversation. He would talk to other girls just as fine. I dont know why is he avoiding me is it because he moved on?

Umm, when he did all of that cuddling or whatever ya wanna call it he probably didn't get the right "vibe/reaction" that he wanted from you and got bored (I've done that myself).

i'm guessing when he did that stuff, you kinda didn't show any interest back and he gave up on you. as for the avoiding part, probably because he might feel awkward as hell about it. either that or he did all that to get in your pants and gave up. i'm gonna give him the benefit and say the 1st one.
