Well, the fact that you have to explain that you were drunk suggests that you feel a burden on your conscience. Cheating is not always just in the actions, it is sometimes in the intent behind the actions. Only you know how the kiss was meant. If it was purely platonic and there was nothing to it at all then you wouldn't be asking this question. Alcohol is no excuse for cheating, that's another point. If you can't control your actions when you're drunk then you can't allow yourself to get drunk.

So accidentally kissing someone on the neck, when you meant to kiss them on the cheek, and your intentions were totally platonic, shouldn't be cheating either.
