I said to my boyfriend I'd make a vid of me fingering myself and i did, i was meant to send it on valentines day but we were both too busy to talk about it. Tonight he mentioned it , and he bought me a present that was meant to come on valetines day but is actually coming tommorow, and he said ' I like how you didn't send the video because you didn't get your present today'.
Now if I don't send the video I'll feel bad that I broke a promise, but at the same time I'm not sure about sending it. What should i do?

Madam, something like that stays out in the digital world for ever. His present likely won't have been such a commitment of himself.

Don't do stuff that makes you feel bad or out of obligation. You have to care about yourself and if he cared about you, he'd understand that you're not comfortable with it. Just tell him how you feel. Don't be pressured into it.

if you feel uncomfortable sending it then explain to him why and maybe get him a gift instead. If after you explain you felt uncomfortable sending the video and he doesn't respect your choice then perhaps you should reconsider your relationship

if you are uncomfortable sending it just explain that to him. tell him you feel bashful about it but perhaps you could offer to send him something else (like you in various pieces of lingerie or something)

i don't think it would "put you down as a person" to send it. you are after all his girlfriend but if you are uncomfortable doing it that's the only thing that matters

I find it horrid that only one other person indicated this is producing child porn. YES it puts you down as a person for doing this. It makes you a criminal! you will be a child pornographer.
