Do you believe true love exists in real life or only in novels and movies?

Listen up... I've been married for 21 years and have a beautiful wife with a awesome body and heart. We have 2 college kids that have a full scholarship ride and 2 more making A's and B's in HS. However... novel or movie based true love is something that doesn't exist here. But we love each other dearly and feed and nuture each other's mind, body and soul. Why no cinematic true love? Because life brings things at you that you don't expect like conflicts, petty old unresolve issues and SO friends that can add fuel to a flaming situation. Feelings of not being heard and respected may creep in and not everyone knows how or care to deal with these issues before thw sun goes down. There is no movie or novel based true love. There is only love that is formed because of commitment and sacrificing for your SO and not doing anything you wouldn't want that person to do to you. Once again.. no cinamatic true love.. but only REAL LOVE exists in the universe. Hope this helps.💯🙏

I believe love is real, but not like in books or movies, love involves a few things and decides the type of love, how much you like a person's personality has an effect, and then sexual attraction also does, then there's also an attachment that has to form, it decides the difference between friendship, lust and true love, lust would involve no attachment, friendship would involve the personality and attachment, love would involve all 3. The attraction is usually decided on the first few impressions, the rest take time

no i believe don't know how to portray true love at all, It seems as though they make it a bond that lasts for a long time with out any hardships or insecurities. True love is a bond in which two people are fully committed to each other and work with each other for the better because they love each other and are vocal about their issues.

true love doesn't end with a kiss as some stories portray it to be.

I dislike the term "true love." It's either love, or it isn't love.

If by true love you mean a relationship without any problems or difficulties wherein the two look at each other starry eyed all day, then no. If by true love you mean a relationship where the two are happy, healthy, and love and respect each other, then yes.
