Is the gender attraction differential real?

I'm referring to this video. The video takes statistics from OkCupid and Tinder, claiming that 20% of men are deemed attractive for women, whereas 50% are deemed attractive to men.
This creates two attraction thresholds with the threshold for women being much more reasonable.

Despite 20% of men being adequate enough for women, people tend to settle down eventually. This means that eventually women settle with someone who they find less attractive. Colttaine (the user who created this video) claims that this causes a grey area which is comparable to the divorce rate.

Personally I agree with quite a few things in this video, but there are some things that come forth for debate.

-Colttaine doesn't consider relationships between men and men/women and women (To be fair this is still being studied and there aren't a lot of resources to make claims here)

-This video doesn't make a differentiation between perceived attractiveness and attractiveness.

What do you think?
