How do I say 'yes' without sounding desperate?

this guy suggested through email that we grab drinks sometime soon. he's always telling people close to me how beautiful I am, etc etc. I think he's cute and would love to. but how can I say 'yes'? should I just nonchalantly say 'sounds fun, where'd you have in mind?' or what?
