Without knowing her, you and a whole lot more, it is not possible to say with any certainty. Still, is not the obvious answer that she cares about you and wants to make you happy? Also, at least where the sex comes in, is it not possible that she just instinctively feels that way.

The trick for you is to show appreciation and to reciprocate. She may very well have fallen in love with you and even if you don't share the feeling, it is only right to be considerate.
All in all, though, unless I am under-reading this, it does not sound abnormal either in your daily relationship or your sex life.
This happened to me. The critisism and dominance youve asserted she's not dealing with and the easiest way to handle it is to be super submissive so you are never in trouble. she's probably has got really low self esteem. Try giving her compliments and offering to do stuff for her until she is normal again.

I believe she may have accidentally done something behind your back such as cheating and wants to make up for it secretly so if you find out, you won't be as mad and won't dump her
