They do subscribe to the idea that most women share some common personality traits - which is not surprising, and is actually quite logical, if you take into account the biology of human beings.
This however does NOT mean all women are the same.
Is it fair to say men are in general more aggressive than women? I don't think anybody would contest this. So why is it controversial to say that women have certain dating/mating habits, like hypergamy, that they usually abide by? It is widely accepted that men are polygamous by default, and that monogamy is the result of social conditioning. So why is hypergamy so outrageous?
And again, I don't think any serious MGTOW says they hate all women. They might be disappointed in them, but I don't think they hate women per se.

I don't condone any kind of hatred, but I do support men who want to live outside of social conventions, because I firmly believe that this is an effective method of dismantling the inequality caused by women's vastly larger sexual market value. This is a field of injustice no social justice movement was willing to take as responsibility for some reason, so I fully support MGTOWs if they can make a change here, directly or indirectly.

Although he might be overgeneralizing a bit, I understand where he's coming from. I don't necessarily agree with most of what he's saying, but I am sympathetic.
When I was in college, I was dumped by a girl because I was a broke college student, and she ended up with some older big-shot architect that she met when we were together. It happens. I still moved on, studied hard, graduated, and became a doctor.
Also, he's not crazy (necessarily). He's drunk, which will affect how he is articulating his thoughts. Is he a loser? Not for the reason mentioned in the question.

And from my math, he's made 3 MGTOW related videos and 2 black pilled videos that were clearly satire.
