Am I the only one who has to accept that I'm going to live a sexless joyless existence being sh*t on by girls. While I watch everyone else hook up?

I used to think the same way but ultimately this sort of self-destructive behavior does nothing but put you off your food and make you sick. That said, instead of watching others "hook up" you're better served spending that time and energy improving yourself-you'll find you'll be more appealing to people when they see that you have a lot going on and have accomplished things.

When you sit and pine for relationships/hook-ups etc. you'll become increasingly frustrated/disappointed and this will manifest itself outwardly thus compounding your problem as you have indicated. So, take up something and as you derive enjoyment/fulfilment from it this satisfaction will radiate and your confidence will grow which in-turn attracts people.

I realize it's easier said than done; but then doing the same thing or nothing and expecting a change/results is the very definition of insanity.

I feel your pain buddy. I'm the same way. I know it's not good for us but it's a hard cycle to break. I feel like all these women just want the bad-ass guy who's hung to his knees with plenty of money.

I've tried taking quite a few women out just to hear them bitch that O'Charleys isn't nice enough and I need to take her to the $100 a meal bistro in town. Then complain about what I drive, etc. I don't need a gold digger and you don't either. We'll find someone someday.
