He said he never felt this way about anybody. why? is he in love?

Tonight my boyfriend told me that he never felt this way about anybody. Like he always wants to be near me and hold me forever because yesterday we went to the movies and we only kissed after and held hands. But we have only been together for two weeks next week will make three weeks. And on my birthday will be a month. So is he falling in love? And he really cares about me and he met my parents and sister. What does he really mean he can't explain it like its hard to explain. By the way when he was holding me his heart was racing like crazy it was cute and we talked about it and said it wasn't just the kiss when I was holding you my hurt was racing. I guess he meant he was in other relationships but never felt this way. Except for me. He can't help it as he says. Which is a weird feeling for him.
