Why why why do I have lots of guy friends but no boyfriend relationship?

I'm attractive funny and smart . I get along with everyone and have many friends and love sports ... what I don't understand is why am I single ! I seem to can't get pass the friend level with guys at all : ( ... they call me , text me we even hang out together .. but I always hear the sex and girlfriend stories they always ask me advice .. they all want me to be the SISTER to them .. what is it about me that's not girlfriend ish .. help please if you have any questions just ask . : )

you are exactly the kind of woman I find by far the most alluring! the problem is its really hard to enguage women like this in a romantic way.. its hard to explain why, I'm not sure if ill articulate this properly.

first all your men friends will seem like competition regardless of if they are or not, most men automatically think an attractive woman is in a relationship, if she happens to be hanging out with a group of guys all the time then one of them must be her BF. from my perspective woman like this really are some of the best out there! they have looks AND personality so I can't help but feel like I might not measure up so if I'm not having a huge confidence day ill just not even bother because I really don't wan to make bad first impression.

i don't know if all guys are like this its just me.

i think it would help to try and foster a balance.. as an example my sister is very much a guys guy kinda girl but she has ZERO trouble finding some of the best men I've met in my life. she balance's being girlie and boyish and makes herself available to be approached, she also dates guys who would be invisible to most other woman and let me tell you she finds some real hidden gems its kinda amasing actually.

I doubt you're "one of the guys" since you say they want you to be like a sister to them

So I suspect the problem is that you're not giving off any sexual energy around them at all.

One way around this, to be blunt, is to be a bit bawdy. Tell dirty jokes. Tell stories about some one night stand you had. Or how you haven't had any in a while.

Now, that's just one way, it may not be what you'd be comfortable doing, but the strategy is what's important here : You need to start the guys thinking of you in terms of your sexual identity.

try to dress up sexy. wear short shorts. short skirts. low cut shirts.

start out by wearing leggings as pants--with a short shirt--and see if your friends notice. leggings are the easiest to wear, because they are subtle sexy. short skirts are more obviously sexy. Also, if your friend asks you why are you wearing leggings, you can always say "I feel comfortable, they are easy to wear." You can't make that excuse with a sexy skirt or shorts.

if you see them looking at your legs, you know that they are attracted to you.

When you you reach the friend stage with someone it can be hard for them to see you as more than that. Are any of your male friends single and do you fancy any of the single ones? If so flirt outrageously with him, sit on his lap etc. do whatever you think will get him to notice you. If it's working you'll notice (especially if your sitting on his lap). If not, just say 'that was fun' and act like you were just messing with him.

May be you are not so attractive and smart as you think. Guys are not dull. They will always choose the girl who is sexy and smart. Sorry if its harsh but it seems the other girls are better than you. And telling dirty jokes as someone suggested won't help at all. It will make things worse.

My advice: Look at the girlfriends of those guys. Figure out in what way they are better than you. Make a list of necessary changes. You have to be smart to do this. If you want help, ask ))
