Does being attached to someone mean that you like them?

I've always wondered this, can you actually dislike or not like someone while being attached? Or does it automatically mean that you like the person? I'm curious to know if being attached to someone is directly equal to liking them...

If you’re attached, you like him. At least sexually. Hopefully on an emotional level too. For that matter, you can be attached to friends in a nonsexual way, but either way you like the person.

Ohh so there's a difference? So even if you are attached to them as a friend you still like them? But people automatically assume that the attached person has feelings for them. People always seem to get it twisted.

not necessarily. it mostly means that genetically speaking they would be a good mate but it doesn't mean that you would work well together.

Ohh but I was thinking if it meant that the actual person liked them. For example if a girl got attached to a guy would it actually be perceived by other people as liking him or not. Meaning would it be seen as her liking him romantically?

you can be attached in different ways. attachment can also be the need for a certain connection to somebody. maybe that somebody has an important role in your life for whatever reason. doesn't even have to be a friend.

Ohh I see. So it still tells another person how much the person means to you. But what if a person gets attached to someone they haven't met personally? Meaning if they are online friends...

No because the bond can be broke and sometimes can be stuck on them for a little while after till you can replace them.
