The Difference Between LIKE and LOVE?

That's a very good question! I'd say "like" is the start. I like you. It's the friendly acquaintance that you want to know more of. It's the friend you want to know better. Love is deeper. Love is about genuine concern and care for them. I'd say that friends can feel this love as well, it's like your best girlfriend that you have known since you were kids. It's deep stuff, that feeling... That connection... That's kind of what love is. It is strong and emotional. It's not passing but lasting. It's the time when you know they make your life better or more complete with them in it. Like is acquaintance, love is deeply impactful and meaningful to you
You're welcome.
"Liking" is a superficial attraction based on some loose criteria.
"Loving" is a deep, intimate relationship wherein one puts the needs of the partner ahead of him/herself.
"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13

Like = infatuation a level of taking an intrest in someone. Merly a surface and friendly association where you're able to get along normally.
Love = adoration where you feel emotionally connected to the person and have a deeper sense of caring for their overall wellbeing.
I would say I was looking at that girl, she said she liked me
well we kept talking, I got deep feelings for her and I felt love
towards her and developed a crush but she didn't feel the same
the way towards me so this could be an example of Like and Love?

Love is a much deeper feeling where you care for the other person more than yourself
