Is there a difference between loving someone and being in love?

im not really an emotion person, i pretty much have never had a feeling (apart from pain)
in my life...
and im sure i love this girl... its not like a feeling where i feel like i love her.. its more like i know i love her...

is there a difference between jus loving someone and being in love with someone?
or is it the same thing?
cos i dont think im "in love with her" i jus love her... i think being in love with someone is more like a physical emotion feeling in ur body... meanwhile i feel blank.

so... is there any difference?

GREAT QUESTION.. So I can tell right away that the issue isn't that not you're in love. You're just not in love with yourself. With all that familiar pain you are use to , I imagine you have adopted feeling unworthy and unlovable.

The feeling you are feeling all that love from is a blessing by God's grace through and to YOU. It is your time now to be loved and enjoy loving her. You are worthy, you are lovable, and you are ready to love yourself. God is opening up your heart now and allow this woman to bring you closer to Loving yourself and all the wonderful qualities you posses. Just by asking this question God answered your prayers. Yeah, so imagine someone has a really ugly t-shirt. You're in love and you're not really bothered by the ugly t-shirt. Your feelings are a blur and you dont really find the t-shirt so bad.
After a while
You clearly start seeing the t-shirt and you're like "wooah, that shirt was always that ugly?"
But you still hold hands in public and stay with them accepting the t shirt. You even wash it for them. Everytime thinking you hate it. But you love them and accept the t shirt.

Then you get married and burn it. And live happily ever after

yeah i believe there is, in my native language they are spelled diffrently being in love is feeling butterflies and loving is deeper and stronger feeling you get after you really get to know the person
