Should I return the money to my ex boyfriend or not?

A year ago, my boyfriend asked me to loan for his motorbike and he paid for it few months later. But my father wouldn’t believed me and he stole the motorbike and won’t anymore give it back despite of authority. Eight months later, I sell the motorbike to a friend because I don’t want My family will be taking ownership of it for 42K from its original price of 60K. I was planning to give the money back to my Ex boyfriend but It’s only 42K.

My ex boyfriend cheated on me with another woman while we are still together for six months. He was being arrogant that the other woman is rich and I am not. My boyfriend owes me money about 30K, and I had interest of 10K because he asked me to stop paying my loan to help him financially.

What shall I do with the money, should I saved it up or return it to him. Please vote and leave comment below

Considering he owed you and it goes hand in hand with what he owed you, you should keep it. If he didn't owe you, you obviously should pay it back.

Also this relationship sounds like a complete clusterfuck. You should consider taking a break from relationships and do some introspection.

I voted "B". If I understand everything right, and what happened in your relationship is irrelevant (that's just feelings), but I look at it like you have 40 K which would be technically his, but he owes you that so you're even. Case closed.

I was going to say yes, until I saw that he owes you almost that same amount of money. I would keep what he owes you and give him the difference with some sort of explanation (in writing - text, email, etc.) that clearly states why you're only returning $XX to him.
