How do I tell my ex friend that I’m pregnant with his child?

I recently walked away from a friendship with this guy friend of mine but unfortunately not before we had unplanned unprotected sex. I just found out I’m pregnant and am not sure how to tell him since I ended the friendship. Is it best that I ask for him to meet me in person or should I save myself the embarrassment/stress and just text him? He deserves to know and should have some input I just don’t know the best way to do it.

2. Are you sure that he is the father?

3. "not sure how to tell him since I ended the friendship." That is irrelevant. If you are sure he is the father, he is entitled to know as soon as possible.
