To work, I know my relationship will be somewhat long distance for years to come due to my partners job. After training it will be one month home, one month on ship. Personally, I’m quite independent so I like the space, but I miss him dearly by the end of it. After I’ve finished my studies, the goal would be to live together, so for that month when he’s home we can share a place. Then when we’re at a stage where we’d like to start considering marriage and kids, he’s prepared to change his job role as he’s aware it’s not something he could do long term. So I suppose to answer your question, somewhat long-distance for the next 7 years or so, then we’d be looking to live together full time and start a family :).

During my 4 year long distance relationship my goal was moving closer and getting married.
Was in a long distance relationship for a few years (only seeing each other a few weeks per year). Goal was hopefully a lifetime relationship and having a family with her.
Ended up moving to same city, living together, getting married, having some kids, and still married years later so worked out.

I only date with the intention of marriage and if I do not believe a man is suitable for marriage, I will not date him.
N/A because I don't do long distance relationships
As with any relationship it would be to eventually spend the rest of our lives together.
Always to one day live together.
