As much as anyone wants to believe in the whole "love at first sight" fantasy, I do not. Without exception, the women in my life who came the closest to being "wife material" were the ones I had already been getting to know as friends before we started dating.
Looks definitely matter. Unfortunately, a lot of women "try too hard," and it becomes a turnoff, so while the over the top "Instagram models" might have lots of followers fapping off to them, the reality is that more "realistic" women with a modicum of natural beauty are more likely to fare better in terms of marriage. Everybody's opinion on what is or isn't attractive will be at least a little bit different, so even the "best" looking people in the world need to understand that not everyone agrees.
Beyond that... There's many different personality traits and such that would be ideal, but there's more that are hard deal-breakers than deal-makers. For example, I will not EVER date let alone marry a smoker, pothead, someone with militant religious or anti-religious views, or a heavy drinker. I have no issues with most types of physical disability and the like, but I HATE the victim mindset. There's probably no personality flaw on the planet that nukes my opinion of someone as quickly as trying be a victim. There's no personality quality that I consider so desirable that I'd overlook any of those things on account of.

Politically moderate (not too liberal or conservative) 9. Strictly heterosexual and monogamous 10. (Optional) Nerdy; into video games or superheroes
PHYSICAL: 11. Tall: 5'10" to 6'5" 12. Curvaceous; big boobs, big booty, thick thighs, etc. 13. Feminine style 14. (Optional) Redhead (or strawberry blonde, or blonde) 15. (Optional) Young: Between 20 and 34 (23 to 30 is ideal)
DEALBREAKERS: 1. Feminist/far-left/woke 2. Bisexual (gay) 3. Polyamorous/isn't single/the "open relationship" type (an adulterer; unfaithful) 4. Abusive in any way, physical or verbally (a bitch) 5. Transgender (male)

I was reading guys and i wonder how much they give because some of them ask way too damm much like whaaat? I guess those asking too much will stay single forever!
My wife will be: 1. A woman---a natural born and fully heterosexual adult female. 2. Kind, empathetic, understanding, modest, respectful. 3. Loyal, honest, faithful, and transparent. 4. Single before we started to date (ideally a virgin) with no kids. 5. A decent, God fearing, law abiding Christian. 6. Free of tattoos and body piercings. 7. "Vanilla" (no anal, oral, or period sex). 8. A nonsmoker who does not drink or use drugs. 9. Slender (a little muscle on the arm is an asset) and at least 5'0" in height. 10. A contented, hard working person (not high maintenance or a golddigger).
Well, mostly personality. How does she make me feel, her vibe is also important. And, let's be real, looks is the least important to me at least, but she also has to physically attract me, cuz if it's just that I like her personality and vibe, then we cannot be anything more than just friends :c Also, we need to have some similarities, I like relating to people :D And, finally, we need to have smth to talk about and mutual interests :D

It’s a combination of a lot of things. Her looks, how she is w my family, do they like her, is she selfish, self-absorbed. Does she have a genuine interest in what I like or is she just acting like she likes things like sports to fool me. Can she cook? How is she w her parents, her family? Is she spoiled, there’s a lot of things that I take into consideration.
All of the above. There's a lot that goes into being a quality wife, at least if you're discerning about your women. In short, she has to be able to consistently address his emotional needs. If she can't or won't do that, then you'll be in for a really unsatisfying relationship as a guy.
Some level of attraction is important, but more important is kindness, compatible beliefs, mutual respect, and loyalty. A matched sex drive doesn't hurt either.
In terms of attraction, I find my partner becomes more attractive as we become more emotionally intimate. A good sex life increases attraction as well.
If they are nice people and like me that's a very good start. It doesn't hurt if we are sexually compatible and it also doesn't hurt if we have some similar interests. She can't be a smoker, drug user or heavy drinker and I am not compatible with hyperreligionists.
Personality mostly. Looks do matter, but it's not the prime factor. She needs to be ambitious, kind-hearted, tolerant, respectful and rather not too shy or "distant". A lot more, actually, but this could give you an idea.
girlfriend if they seem to fit your life at the moment. Wife if they seem capable of fitting into your life goals, and have the commitment and endurance to do so. It helps greatly if you find her emotionally and physically attractive.

Being humble.. a woman that can laugh... can be one of the boys when she is around my friends.. that can wear jogging pants and spend Sunday in bed... someone that is HONEST.. ( that is huge for me, as I have been cheated on)
