I do my best to be a good leader, giving everyone the right instructions they should follow to fulfill their tasks and reach the goals set for them, while at the same time listening to their advice and feedback on the policies my father and I set. What about you?

If I look at a group I'm in if it needs a leader I'll step up but if I see someone is already being a good leader I'll follow
