The fact that he is still talking to her and you set a boundary that it doesn’t make you comfortable, he should respect that and stop embarrassing you in front of her and everyone that may know they still talk.

Dump him. Most the time if someone is still actively talking with their ex, it is a sign that they still like them. This would only cause problems for your relationship
