Are there better options than American / Western girls?

Question

I'm happily married with 2 boys.. My wife and I are both engineers. My wife is amazing.. She left the work force years ago to stay home with the boys and has recently gone back to work (her decision and I supported it). in a word, she is "Amazing"...

When I look at relationships in the US today.. things seem way out of whack.. Seems like most girls are more interested in chasing careers and not interested in families.. Given the issues we have today and the PC war on hetro males.. Should I be encouraging my boys to pursue girls from non Western countries?

Somewhere where women... still know how to be female?

If you could afford, why not try a 6-month or 1-year stay in an Asian country?

Some are not expensive. A big Mac meal cost only USD3 equivalent. And rental may fall within USD400 a month for a decent 3 bedroom house.

If you could work online, then it could be really a breeze to earn USD and then spend in the local currency. Even as little as USD3000 a month will allow your family to live like royalties, so to speak.

Just an Opinion. By living with people who are more conservative then can you answer if girls in Asia are better.

PS: outside China, there are many countries that are non-communist and speak good English.

I'd say so. The curse of feminism in the west (not the feminism in a dictionary) is entitled, self absorbed, accepts no responsibility and the general philiosophy of it is family bad, get money, you don't need no man, and that men are the source of all your problems. They promote obesity and being sexually absurd for reasons that are pretty absurd when you hear it. Like you said... it's out of whack. Your boys might get lucky and avoid that, but it is going to be hard to find nowadays.

As a professional female with a well paid salary, I certainly struggle to be everything to everyone in my house, including my husband and boys. They all love me and I love them very much, and there’s certainly days win I wish I could have more time with all of them. There may come a day when I decide to hang up the keyboard and the office keys and stay home. I do think traditional roles have certainly changed and I suppose I am part of that movement, whether I want to be or not. I hope that your boys find someone they can love and loves them back. It’s always important to be upfront when you start dating somebody seriously, that way both parties know each other’s intentions in life.

You do know not all American women are terrible, right? And women from other countries can be worse than American women, so. My mom works with a lot of foreign gold diggers who married American men and suck them dry. Either that or they literally marry American men to get citizenship rights here and then fuck around on their husband with other guys. So you can't just write all Western women off as "bad" based on the majority you see. Just like in every nationality, you have good women and bad women.

Seems silly to push your biases on to your kids instead of letting them make up their own minds about what they want.

Choosing to stay home doesn't make a female any more a woman than going to the office and pursuing a career. They just don't share the same priorities you do and that's OK.

It depends on where you live in the US. In some parts, traditional marriages are still very common. Where I live at least half the married women with kids are traditional housewives.

No matter where you live though, there is enough variety that your kids can pick one who is compatible.

I would discourage them from marriage because there is no benefit in marriage in western countries given the laws there. If it was for marriage I'd advice him to explore his options outside the western world. However, anything less than marriage, forget it, better to devote attention in hobbies and chasing excellence.

I'd suggest moving to a highly conservative state instead.
1. They will be much more likely to meet people with similar values.
2. Foreign women may not have much in common with them due to growing up in a vastly different society depending on which foreign country you are looking into. They may not even have a similar sense of humor, not like the same kind of food, not really understand many discussion topics just from not having similar experiences in life.

At least career driven women make their own money. Your mail order brides and even many ordinary women from the countries western men like to marry from like money just as much or more but prefer to indulge in it and the American life the easy way rather than by working for it.

If they're serious about marriage it might be smarter to date a foreign woman from where they live simpler lives, and have traditional family values.
Once she gets to the West she may still become money hungry, but at least her upbringing should help her to be a good mother and fairly loyal wife compared to what we have here.

There's actually a pretty good place to find the kind of women you're looking for.
Try going to a public pool, swim to the deep end, and then dive to the bottom. Just sit down there and wait for her, doesn't matter how long it takes.

If you prefer women with high sex appeal and great looks but hollow, you should definitely choose western girls. but if you prefer motherly, modest, smug, not self-centered women, you should prefer eastern girls. but now decent girls are on the verge of extinction as eastern girls try to be western wannabes too

Just have them workout and earn money and be very self controlled. Then they can date a younger woman by being a high value prize of a husband and simply demand she behaves traditionally or they will toss her to the curb in 2.5 seconds flat. I've had great success doing that myself.

I think most western men share you concern and frustration about western women. They certainly don't measure up to the bar set by mothers and wives of the past.

You are a lucky man, being married to a woman like that. I envy you and hope I can find a woman like her for myself, but I don't hold out much hope these days.
