Could you do an hour long distance relationship?

This boy i’ve been talking to a little lives on my campus but lives an hour away in his hometown and we got caught up on things and i forgot how he’s not from my city lol.. now i need to get the point across he mainly follows people from his city too & i know personally i would have to see my boyfriend almost 24/7 and i don’t like driving as much and i feel like it would be too much on him and me driving back and forth after he leaves college.

1 hour not as long but phew gas is crazy over here too lol. but yeah it’s sucks he’ll give me kisses on the cheek & stuff ugh oh well

it’s not that long but during summer time when he’s off campus a little effort will have to be put in, having my miles go up, gas, be cautious of other crazy driver on the curves and high loops i have to go on. if the road was a striaght long shot that would be nothing for me

My husband and I whom we met here 6 years ago. Was doing LD of 8-9 hours. We flew, drove to see each other… costed a lot of money.
we finally moved in together last June and just got married in Feb.
LD is only part of the journey.
if you both can work through the challenges and grow together you will look back and realize LD is not an issue.

To your update…
I drove through storms and lost cell connections in the mountains to be with him. It was scary.
He packed up ALL of his stuff in a Uhaul truck and drive 10 hours to move to me. I know of another couple met on gag. Sold his house, moved from the west coast to the east coast… as far as I know… they are still together.
Nothing in life is easy. The reward is there if you believe in your choices.

This is interesting. I would say, it all comes down to how much genuinely you are interested in that person. If you really care about that person from the bottom of your heart then you would go not just one hour but many more hours just to see him. There was a time I traveled for 18 hours straight on my bike (900 km) to see the women I was dating. I should say your desire to see that person will be the best and the biggest motivator and will make you achieve big and wonderful things. Enjoy it.
