She leave cuz I got cancer... Should I go back to her?

Well... Almost three years ago I had this wonderful epic feeling about some girl ❤️ I was my city boxing champion.. and all was smooth and 😢... But misery never knock up the door... I really Loved her and at some point... the day I was going to propose to her ("she didn't know back there") she left me the same day cuz I got this bloody cancer.. we just found out and she walk away... 2 years later I lost more than 60lbs but I never lose hope and finally I beat it.. I knock the strongest challenger I ever met..
I become the survival ❤️😢 I get this new job this new car this new house.. and it starts going up again one by one.. that's when she decided to try getting me back...
And honestly pathetically or whatever.. I never stop thinking about her once 😢... I never stop Loving her 😭...
I don't really know what to do?
Should I go back... No? But... I don't know

You have to be with someone in good & bad right? She left you in your worst moments. She doesn’t even deserve a hi let alone a chance to be with you.
