Arranged a date with my boyfriend but he didn’t set a time because he wanted to see how long he’d sleep for?

Yesterday, we arranged to go for a walk because the weather is nice. I asked him what time? And he said the afternoon and he’d give me the exact time today. So he replied at 12 midday today saying that his sleep schedule has been all over the place and he wanted to see how long he’d sleep for. He didn’t suggest a time, just this message. It’s already the afternoon. I’m abit disappointed to be honest. How should I react?

When he text you with question "should we go now" and he will, say it's too late now or say that you have something to do at home w/e and you will go next time.
