Why does he schedule our dates so late at night?

So I met this guy on tinder and we’ve been on 2 dates already with the 3rd this Friday. My issue is he keeps inviting me on dates to bars after 9:00pm. I didn’t mind this as a first date as I didn’t expect much. We had a really good time and the date lasted almost 4-5hours.
Our 2nd date was at another bar - again I didn’t mind this as he and I were busy that whole day and could only meet after 8:30 anyways.
However this upcoming date he said let’s meet at 9:00. I then asked why does he like meeting me so late at night and he just kinda laughed it off. I just feel he doesn’t really see me as girlfriend material and is only after sleeping with me.
Abit of context: on our 1st date I told him I didn’t want a relationship, and he told me he was looking for one. During our 2nd date I asked him what was going on between us and he hesitated for abit and said I really like you and I want to see where this goes. I told him I liked him as well. However, now I get the feeling he may not like me as much as I now like him and he just wants to sleep with me.
Any advice?
