Once a cheater, always a cheater... Your Thoughts?

Technically yes, because even if someone cheats once and never ever does it again. They are still a cheater.

Think of it like this, if someone only rapes one person or murders one person and never does it again, just because they changed their life and turned it around does that mean they are no longer a rapist or murderer?

Of course not, they will ALWAYS be that... but they can still improve and do better in the future. Our pasts are always with us, it is what makes us who we are.

Thus once a cheater, always a cheater... but that doesn't mean they will necessarily cheat in the future, as people can learn, regret and grow and do better.

I think a person can make a mistake and feel remorse and it never happens again. If the cheat a lot of times, then this person cannot be trusted.

I don't think so. People are human, and humans make mistakes, and they are not always repeated.

people who cheat never actually have any remorse even if they show they do. they will take advantage of the fact that u apologized and hurt you again. and cheating is not a mistake, it's a choice. better to be dumping them because they just broke the years of trust and work in the relationship

Technically yes even if they have cheated once only they still have that label of Cheater. However people change with time and who knows they won't have cheating behavior in future and change themselves to better people.

Most of the time yeah it’s true but sometimes people do end up regretting and hating themselves for having cheated and they vow to never do it again (It’s me, I’m “people” lol)

Though my experience with a cheater was a chronic liar and coward - unless he gets a lot of serious help to work through his internal issues, he's not gonna be able to change.
